We were served by Abbie today. My parents were looking to buy two new phones and change service provider. Abbie was incredibly helpful and made sure my parents got a suitable contract and helped them transfer the data from their old to new phones. She was absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to make sure my parents had what they needed. Thank you Abbie.

I visited this location last Wednesday, July 30th, just before closing. I asked how I could cancel my 02 service because I m leaving England and moving abroad permanently.
The young woman informed me that I had to give 30 days' notice. When I told her that in the case of a sudden departure, there is some form of expedited cancellation, she started arguing with me, categorically denied it, and informed me again that I had to wait 30 days from the cancellation date.
So I called customer service and i was allowed to choose a cancellation date that suited me.
The staff was very unprofessional; the arrogant and unprepared employees made me very stressed.

Me and my wife went in the Grantham branch of O2 and was welcomed by a very pleasant young lady ( Sandra ) she helped us out with our query and put my wife on the right path for her New sim card as her old phone would soon be turned off with the new G thingy going on ,

This afternoon I went to o2 shop to resolve a long running,complex end of contract issue. I couldn't have picked a better day. 3 totally professional women, Becca, Morgan and Sandra. Really knew their stuff, if there is a Face of O2 , these women are it. Their combined knowledge solved an issue that customer service never could. Completely professional, determined and clearly understood the issue. What a fantastic team, well done O2 on having these women in your employ.

I was disappointed with my visit today. I rarely visit a shop I tend to do everything on line. Despite the fact I've been an 02 customer for 28 years I expected something better. First off I was expected to go away and wait for a text for 20 minutes. Then loitered around the shop to be seen. Then I explained my problem with a broken phone and transference to a new one. OK this could not be done but the assistant was so impolite. I got the impression that they were more interested in looking after OAPs. I gave up and went away. Grantham is something like a time warp which must emirate from the top!

I went into store at 1725 and the shop assistant wouldn't help me with my international roaming query as it would take more than 5 minutes to deal with me as the shop closes at 1730. considering changing networks. poor.

Most of the people who work here are really good but other don't understand and older person need tslk yo them like we are idiots but thsnk fully some one else did understand about my o2 account being hacked Trying to sort this problem is about month now and still no resolve ftom thete headoffice fraud team
