The Lettings Team at Grantham have been managing my properties for a few years and have recently arranged a new tenancy for one of them as well as arranging necessary repairs in time for new tenancy. It's marvellous having the support of my managing agents they are up to speed with the legalities and know where to find contractors to do jobs. I can recommend them

Used my temporarily vulnerable status to force through a rent increase. Left without water over a weekend because they didn't answer their emergency phone line. Refused to fix issues at property such as a badly hung door.With WH brown right next door, I'd recommend going there.

I?m apply house 111 Sunningdale ! What?s them requirements. I will provide they took 300 from my act and after 2 weeks I?m call them and ask what?s going on let me know coz it?s now 2 weeks going then they said we check credit then I?m wait 1 more week then call them and ask what?s next they said we email to create check people when they email back let you know and after 1 hour they said ( Unfortunately due to information that had not been disclosed to us or to Let Alliance we are unable to proceed with your application.As a result of this and as per the terms and conditions of the Holding Fee agreement your holding fee deposit will not be refunded.Kind regardsChrisAnd me what wrong then they said you have ccj I?m call to credit check people then they said we never said that and I?m call them back and Chris said oh it?s my mistake I thought your different person ! Ok then I?m ask why I?m not get house she?s said can?t tell U why Coz they are do f they just need my 300 , example if same house 10 people put application then they can?t give them all house but they got 3000 pound easy then they plan how they refused people application

My husband and I went to rent a house through Newton fallowell. We arranged it with Anita. All questions was asked and we decided to go for it and paid £300 to take it off the market. We went through all the credit checks ect. My husband has a very old ccj that has been satisfied. Before we even paid the money to take the house off the market we asked if having a ccj that was paid and satisfied would be an issue. They said NO. Even the landlords was aware of it and said it was fine. Well my husband failed the check due to his ccj and that was it they got our £300. We then had to deal with a women called Chris. She was very rude, spoke to both my husband and I like we was children and didn't want to know. We then got told we could have a think over the weekend about sorting a guarantor out, we'll they only put the house back up for rent on the same day they said we could think about it. There a total sham and just want your money. Shame as previously I use to rent with them and didn't have any issues until now. Waiting for the manager to come back from holiday to make a formal complaint. We just feel lied to so they could make an easy £300. Which is alot of money! If we new a old ccj would have been a problem we wouldn't have been stupid enough to apply for the house. Never again.

Very professional and capable agent. Nothing is to much trouble.They take care of everything and don?t hassle you like others but they do keep you up to date. We have bought and sold many properties using this agent as well as others locally and nationally, however, this is by far the best service we have had. We sold our property with Newton Fallowell, very recently and the team there were quite outstanding. If there is any doubt why you pay a professional agent to handle the sale of a property, this experience proved that they add value on almost a daily basis when a complex chain is involved. The team there were in daily contact with all parties, communicating priorities, clarifying details, and encouraging urgent action in lieu of solicitors, and were a driving force in maintaining momentum through the sticky process of getting to exchange. I can personally testify that without their efforts and dedication the process would have taken longer and possibly even failed, so an enormous amount of credit goes to them.

We received a first class service from the first communication through the valuation, production of the sales documents, the organising of viewing dates and the agreement of sales. We had several viewings arranged on the first 2 days after the property went on the market and a few offers received with the sale agreed very quickly.As we were buying a new build over in Norfolk there was a long period before the completion could be finalised but there was always a lot of great informative communication of progress with the sale.I certainly would highly recommend this company with particular praise to Karen and Georgia who provided us with an excellent customer experience.

Given they are a very busy agent, we very rarely experienced any problems through the whole process.Would recommend Newton Fallowell to anyone wanting to start the sales or purchasing process as a first port of call in the Grantham and surrounding area.

Dreadful. Took all my details. Arranged a time and date to do a valuation. Cancelled within the hour of talking to me and by eMail. Didn?t have the decency to pick the phone up and call me! How poor is that? Fortunately, there are other more professional Estate Agents in Grantham I was able to confirm appointments with on the same date and at the same time that was mutually agreed by both parties.
