I've got to thank Joy from your Gantham store; who was so lovey and so helpful yesterday. Nothing was too much trouble and the way she talked to me and sorted out a small problem, was absolutely first class. Thanks Joy. Go in to training and teach others to be as good as you are.

The Pizza was not priced on BOGOF at the tills but was adjusted by the staff member who was too busy to go herself unfortunately

It's ok if you have the loyalty card, if not everything is more expensive. Only one member of staff on the tills to force you to self service as no support came when we got 5 people deep so won't be coming back

Great choice of food drinks alcohol meats and fish, fishmonger here
Car park ok but a bit tight so watch your car and other cars
Not impressed with tills as it was busy and one was open only and ladny was overloaded with people queuing
You want to implement AI tills on us and a lot of people will be out of job because of your self checkouts tills, also why do you scan and film customers face when we self scan our products, you do have cameras that scan face and eyes too, don't like it at all! Stop treating a like some sort of thieves

Dissapointed. Got there 15 minutes before closing. Departed store 5 minutes before closing only to be told by arrogant security that he had locked everything up and I had to walk around. Car was parked 50mtrs away and i had to walk 500mtrs to get to it. Took groceries back for credit. Will not go back to this place.

Has a good selection of bread, as well as decent meat and fish. However, the whole store looks drab. Do not exceed your parking time.

Only used cafe. Food was good, staff friendly, and gave my son a lovely zebra balloon with his meal. Lovely time all around.
