Food very good this branch have fresh frying oil always and you can feel it compared to other branches 5/5 stars , service 1/5 stars for the most part is very young and inexperienced staff missing items sometimes , slow at drive through service cars linie up to mainroad blocking traffic at peak and majority of times you drive in and staff will tell you go park in pick up parking and someone will come to you making it slow food branch not fast food branch ? atmosphere its loud cant blame anyone branch is very crowded , no areas for kids no charging points 3/5 stars

I've really gone off mcdonalds and haven't been in a while but thought I'd try their new menu. I went through the drive through which wasn't that busy. There was police in the car park as there was kids messing around in the car park causing chaos. I know this isn't mcdonalds fault but pair this with the fact I went through the drive through and it cost me £35 then have to wait 20 mins for someone to bring the food whilst I was parked up, (the mcflurry and milkshake had turned to water by this point!) All this for them to forget one of the burgers we ordered! So partner went back in to complain and the person on the counter just shrugged gave us the burger and walked off! No apology! No compensation! I definitely won't be going back to this mcdonalds! Very poor service!

The food here is very positive, although is unsustainable to eat regularly, but a nice treat for the family, but the atmosphere was poor and the staff seemed as if they did not want to be there, which i find mandatory for a fast food worker, as well as the stormzy meal being poor, i recommend a large big mac with a mcflurry, then it truly feels like a maccies, except for the waiting times, never going to be the same.

I normally do not do this sort of thing but i cannot believe the way you get treated when an order goes wrong!? I ordered a simple order and they only put half of it in the bag! Now i understand things happen but to miss off 20 chicken nuggets,a burger and fries is crazy! And when you call to ask about the order the store manager says it's ubers fault and you need to contact them! Mcdonalds makes the food and packs it but it's Ubers fault!? They cannot even replace the food so now we have waited for nothing! 100% won't be using the service again! And talking about the service from Mcdonalds and the way they handle the situation is shocking! Did not even want to check my order or ask anything about my issue! Uber were actually really good and refunded the missing items. But now the treat meal was ruined because of the poor service! it's not cheap! Do better!!
