I went with my daughter to the Grantham store today. My daughter needed to exchange a top. We were approached by a assistant who went to great lengths to assist us. I only wish that I got the individuals name. She was so helpful and very kind. I've looked on my receipt to see if her name appeared on that. We attended the store at 18.55pm it was till 5. I would just like to send our thanks to the lady whom we felt went far and beyond to assist us.

Don't bother going to the Grantham branch until the New Year (unless you walk) as Dysart road has only one lane open due to roadworks and it's chaos.
