Tenant for many years through these unprofessional agents. Would not recommend to tenants or landlords.

Absolutely shocking service .....or should I say lack of. I really didn't want to even submit a single star but since that is the lowest rating and zero was not an option 1 star it is! Viewed a property, filled out relevant forms and followed up with phone calls for an update on the application progression but nobody wanted...

I hate to be a doubter, nor do I wish to be a pain, but my experience with Martin and Co was very poor. I went to one viewing and was totally ghosted forevermore, with not so much as a callback for confirmation of any kind. It has been more than two weeks now, and it's utter silence. I myself have called, and heard nothing....
