They didn't take me seriously when I reported fraud to them. When I phoned the bank, they took forever to answer my call. When they decided to answer a useless woman spoke to me and sounded like she didn't want to be there. She also referred me to fraud department and they were just as useless. The service was appalling. They refused to help me out and didn't do what they said they would do.

Really disappointed with lyods bank right now looks like no one give a good information my new bank card alrea arrived but one member of staff requested a new pin without my permission when I only asked is for activate my new bank card now I waiting for near a week for a new pin I already fuming because is supposed the new pin arrived already and no pin and maybe need a new card now and a new pin again because of the errors of staff on lyods at Grantham branch, why I have a account then if not able to see my account in any Atm I need go to the bank now when I am a disabled person no any respect for your customers atol lack of training on new staff and believe I think in change of bank and I am with lyods for about near 10 years

Came in a couple of days ago to do a foreign bank transfer and they failed to follow my explicit instructions to send the money in pounds and instead sent the money in CHF. Just wanted to cash in on the exchange rates...

Very surprised to see 3.2 stars for Lloyds bank, I've been with them for 40 years. They get five stars from me.
