I had a puncture on the A52 outside of Grantham and the AA attended. The tyre was too badly damaged for the repair kit to be used so the AA fitted a temporary wheel and followed me to Grantham Kwik Fit. They didn't have the tyre that I wanted in stock so they ordered it for next day delivery and kept the car in their secure area overnight. The new tyre was fitted the following morning and by midday I was driving home. Abbie was brilliant throughout and even noticed the rain starting to fall and lent me an umbrella for the walk home. Overall a first class service from Kwik Fit Grantham.

While driving through Grantham on bank holiday Monday (25/08/25) on our way for a week?s break with the children, we heard a horrible noise coming from underneath the car. Luckily, QuickFit was open. Karl was fantastic, securing the plastic engine coverings with cable ties, which had come loose after recent work at another garage. This quick fix allowed us to continue our journey safely. Once we reached our destination, the panels started to come loose again, but we were able to have them removed properly so they wouldn?t fall off again. Without Karl?s initial help, our holiday wouldn?t have been possible ? truly top-notch service. Thank you very much!

In a panic on Thursday, picking up a nail in my offside rear tyre after collecting my husband from hospital, I arrived at Grantham Kwik Fit on the temporary tyre.
The staff I dealt with could not have been kinder or more understanding. I received superb fast and efficient service to get me on my way home. With over an hour and a quarter drive ahead of me, I felt confident all was now well. Would definitely recommend this business.

Would like To thank Rachel and the team for their great and kind service. Needed a last minute tyre change as it had punctured on the A1. And as I'm not from the area and It was last minute on a Friday and I had nowhere else to go as all other garages couldn't do it. So I'm very grateful for the team fitting me in even just after closing time.Apologies for what I said at the start regarding the Kwik fit centres, I was confused with a different company in London :)Much again thanks for the Service, wouldn't hesitate to come here again if I was living in the area, or to recommend to others.
