Not great!
The concept is good but there is a distint lack of maintenance of the machine.
One of the blowers is either faulty or out of alignment resulting in one side of the car not being dried! This has been the case for weeks. I've persevered in the hope that the fault will be picked up and resolved but obviously not the case. Many people go through the wash then have to park and dry thier own cars!
On my last visit the towels at the end of the cycle have been removed.
There needs to be either a discount for a machine that is not in full working order or it needs to be repaired.
I would visit regularly once a week but will not be returning until the owners fix this car wash.

Staff not very talkative, and twice ive been a roller hasn't been working worse still I've contacted head office to raise this with them and twice I've had no reply or contact very bad service and simply won't be using them again which is a shame we've 4 cars in our household, they obviously dont want the business

Very poor , I payed £10 for a diamond wax what a rip off , existing bird shit left on the bonnet old dead flys on front bumper and window screen . Shit car wash . Don?t waste your money

Staff are great and not their fault but what a waste of money car comes out more smeared than it went in! Those towels at the end do nothing just smear damp cloth over the car making it look worse! The pre wash at the start is just the back of the car slightly brushed and the spray they put on the windows didn?t even cover 1/4 of the window screen!
Car was wet through after and by the time I had driven home the wet marks had dried awful so basically waste of time and money.

Usually a good job, but came home to find the machine had missed the central part of the car. I had a nice brown middle stripe on my car.

I've used this car wash for years. Recently the quality of wash dropped drastically. I've used today - ultra Hd wash. Workers very lazy, only using brush for rear window. My car was left full of stains and bird faeces marks. The wheels not cleaned enough. It could be avoided easily if they would use brush all over before wash. Never again.

I went in expecting a car wash, but what I got was more like a light misting with a side of disappointment. Paid extra for the triple foam, but it was more like a single whimper ? hardly any foam action to speak of. And as for the wax treatment? I'm pretty sure my car is still waiting for its spa day. It's like they sprayed it with a bottle of optimism and called it a day. If you're looking for a car wash that delivers on its promises, you might want to keep driving past this one..

Good value car wash and valeting. Maybe left the car a little damp inside on this occasion but would use them again.

An automated car wash. Acceptable wash without being anything extraordinary. I think the old arc wash did a better job if I'm honest.
