Not great!
The concept is good but there is a distint lack of maintenance of the machine.
One of the blowers is either faulty or out of alignment resulting in one side of the car not being dried! This has been the case for weeks. I've persevered in the hope that the fault will be picked up and resolved but obviously...

Staff not very talkative, and twice ive been a roller hasn't been working worse still I've contacted head office to raise this with them and twice I've had no reply or contact very bad service and simply won't be using them again which is a shame we've 4 cars in our household, they obviously dont want the business

Does a great job, however doesn't get rid of many of the dead bug stains from your front grill/bonnet
