I love this shop. They have everything you could possibly think of. The staff are very helpful and kind. I had a return to do yesterday and I didn?t have my receipt and the staff were so kind unhelpful and it was like it wasn?t a problem and they helped me completely. The plant section of this store is fantastic. All the plants we?ve ever bought from there are a top quality. The area is always tidy and clean and bright and airy and all the plants are healthy and last. Parking is a breeze. The store is always immaculately clean and all the staff are willing to help with a happy smile.

must be noted that this store was ever so clean and tidy!!! unfortunately did not have the multipacks of monster that i wanted so we almost walked out empty handed, but we got lots of protein bits that we hadn?t seen before. also lots of garden and home goodies such as the hot air balloon ornament, that i had seen for much more money at a garden centre! not too busy either so could roam around freely to have a gander at everything. lovely job x

Got to checkout staff were cleaning floor,,obviously somebody had dropped a bottle of something on floor,,instead of closing checkout, staff were quite rude ,,talking to me like I was stupid,,was plenty of empty checkout available

I quite like this store. It's large so has plenty to keep you occupied, everything from crisps and sweets to frozen foods, homeware and gardening items. The staff are usually very nice and helpful also. There is parking on site but as its a small retail park, you can use the adjacent lot if HB is full.
