Ordered a large bunch of flowers for my mum's birthday and they were absolutely gorgeous, and beautifully presented. I thought it was a lovely touch that I got follow up emails after ordering to check everything was correct and to let me know approximate delivery time on the specified day. Would definitely order again ?

I looked up florists in Grahtham and Helen's came up with fantastic reviews. My best friend's husband has just died so I wanted to speak to a florist and decide on the most suitable arrangement. I called Helen's twice and left a message - I don't live in the UK so perhaps that was why I never received a return call. Very disappointed so I went to Glen-Esk flowers instead and they looked after me and my friend well.

I often use Helen's Flowers to send flowers to my grandmother. As someone who is not local, it is reassuring to have found someone who is so friendly and helpful and always does a lovely floral arrangement. Helen even remembered my grandmother's first name. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my partner for her birthday. Communications with Helen were great and all enquiries were responded to swiftly. Amazing and beautiful flowers, very personal, and at reasonable prices. I ordered quite a few arrangements very last minute and close to Christmas and the order was delivered the next day. Perfect customer service and Helen couldn't do more to have helped. Would 100% recommend

Helen could not of made the flowers more perfect for our wedding x just wanted something simple and stylish.. But she went the extra mile to add diamanté to bouquet and grooms rose.
