I usually have a good service from here, I dropped in on Sunday 31st Aug for two number plate bulbs. £7.50 and I didn't get a receipt, imagine my joy when I went to replace my bulbs to find I had bought two blown bulbs.

First class service from Kian at Halfords in Grantham. On bank holiday Monday I was halfway through a journey when I had a warning symbol on my car dashboard; Kian advised me how to fix the problem and did a thorough 10 point check on other essential issues free of charge. It was so refreshing to have such caring & knowledgeable help, nothing was too much trouble. I left feeling reassured about my car?s safety, and Kian even gave me and my dog a bottle of water each as it was a very hot day!

Fantastic service. Came to have brake light done and rear blade fitted. Unfortunately the blade was not showing on the system so a lovely chap called Kian measured up my blade to a couple alternatives and thankfully he fitted one for me and completed the brake light fit. Amazing and quick.

I havn?t been to Halfords in a long time, but found the service very good and friendly. I will certainly be using them in the future. I live 15 miles away so will buy online for small things, anything larger I will travel over. 5 star.

Really good job, simple process to book and the job was completed to a high standard. Only thing is, I was told twice verbally I would be contacted once the job was completed. That never happened so in the end I travelled to the store and the bike was ready. Would have been a 5star if the promise was fullfulilled.

Fantastic service! I needed two new brake light bulbs fitted recently and was greeted by a lovely gent called Kian who installed them for me. Extremely professional and a pleasure to communicate with throughout. He even threw in a free 10-point car check with the benefit of joining the free motoring club, giving me total peace of mind. On the 24th July a warning came on my car screen that I had faulty lights. I decided to go to Halfords because I was in town and passing so it was a chance to get them checked.
My rear stop light (the left side) was out. Paul served me and asked if he wanted me to check both lights. I bought the bulbs needed and he fitted them cleaning the inside of the casing as he did so. He didn't stop there, he checked the tyres, air pressure etc.,looked under the bonnet to check on the water (he filled it), and checked the battery. I think I will go there more often when I need what they sell, the service was excellent and not expensive.
You don't see that sort of kindness all the time and as a driver and a pensioner I really appreciated it - made my day really.
