Booked my vehicle in for tyre check and replacements, arrived 15 mins early on the day just to be told by an extremely rude staff member at the reception desk that my appointment had been cancelled, when asked who cancelled my appointment I was told we did as you should have been here yesterday and you never turned up. I had email booking confirmation, text message booking confirmation and even a text message reminder sent to me last night reminding me of my appointment.I stated that my appointment was not yesterday it was today and tried to show them all the booking confirmations and reminder on my phone to which the extremely rude reception desk refused to look at. Halfords had obviously booked it in incorrectly and then tried to pass the blame.Absolutely disgusting customer service and I will never use this autocentre again. Car is now booked in at ATS.

Excellent Customer Service. I had problems sorting out a car seat having bought from Halfords on line, in positioning it correctly, staff came out to car, sorted it all out, no problem

Arrived for my MOT re test at the arranged time. To wait for nearly an hour -to then be told they don't have a MOT slot. Offered a appointment for 10 days time......Booked in at my local Kwik fit instead, next day and passed +.Also the Lincoln Triton road Halfords gave me a quote for unnecessary work for over £600!! wouldn't reccomend halfords after this.

i returned a lazer Mountain Bike mipps helmet as it failed after a few months .they exchanged it, and i was riding home wearing the new replacement one within ten mins of arriving at the store...great service and a big shout out to jake at the grantham branch

Shocking customer service van failed MOT was going to overcharge me by double to fix track rod on one side and then wanted to charge me an extra £14.99 for MOT retest and pay full price for another MOT

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received.Knowing the MOT on my Van expires tonight I booked my MOT for 12:30 today with Halfords Auto Centre Grantham.When I arrived at 12:30 and was told that it was booked for 3:30 (I know this to be false).I then arrived at 3:30 and was told that it had been at 3:15 and that I had missed it. (The general vibe I got was "p*ss off").If it wasn't for the much more helpful people at Formula1 Auto Centre Grantham I'd have lost earning due to the van being off the road.The lady in Halfords was beyond rude from the get go and frankly should not be in a customer facing job. No empathy and no customer service skills what so ever.You couldn't pay me enough to go back.

Went to /purchase car radio system, ignored by girl on till ,only other member of staff seemed to be on his own did not acknowledge our presence, left store,maybe try another.Shame,I remember Halfords always being customer friendly.

I had my car booked in for an exhaust check this morning. Abbie was more than helpful, the overall customer service was brilliant! Speedy work from the staff, very efficient and the staff were very kind. I would happily recommend Halfords Grantham!

A great service from Grantham Halfords. After discovering we had a puncture just before we were due to leave for a long trip back to France, we tried several garages that were extremely unhelpful. The staff were all very accommodating and quick to help with our tyre change. Great price too, a big Merci!.

Very helpful staff, Scott was very helpful and easy to deal with. The only thing that disappointed me was the spare tyre that was on my car, they just put back ontop of my boot.The spare goes under the boot shelf, so I had to struggle myself to get this back in where it needed to be.Other than that, I would use again as faultless on replacing my damaged tyre.Service: Tires

I had to reschedule my tyre fitting and when I came in on Saturday 10th December there was a backlog and my tyres could not be done at the original time slot but everything was done very well and professionally. I didn?t mind the additional waiting time and I was able to do some shopping while waiting.Service: Tires
