Waiting for a prescription - rang the pharmacy to check it was in. They explained that one of the items was out of stock but that they had contacted my surgery and agreed on an alternative product and that this was expected in later that day.The following morning my prescription arrived, delivered by a very efficient lady in the pouring rain!In these days of not being able to speak to most businesses it is a pleasant change to receive such efficient and helpful service.Many thanks...

I changed to the Grantham Pharmacy during lockdown as I wasn?t happy standing outside the other pharmacy in all weathers, it turned out to be the best move ever.I have some serious medical conditions and the two Pharmacists have been very caring and supportive to me, they go the extra mile, very professional and nothing is too much trouble.When I go to collect my medication, they maybe busy but they still have time to look up and greet me by my christian name which makes me feel really good.Grantham Pharmacy and it?s staff is without doubt 5 Star, I highly recommend them to everyone and encourage you to use them

I have collected my prescription a few times from Grantham Pharmacy and have always found the staff to be friendly.On this occasion there was a supply problem with the medication i was collecting. The staff were very helpful and sympathetic and did all they could to help. I was told they would call me on the Monday morning when their next delivery was coming, to inform me as to whether they were able to fulfil my prescription or if i would need to go back to my gp.I have to say i was sceptical that i would actually get this phone call as in my experience with many companies this does not happen but not in this caseI got a phone call as promised and all was sorted.Really friendly, helpful and reliable service and would recommend to all.

I have been using Grantham Pharmacy for well over 15 years now. The service I have received from them has always been extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Thay been nothing less that outstanding. As a disabled individual at the beginning of the first lockdown I was advised that they would in future deliver all my medication direct to my door. No matter the weather I am always met with a friendly face, and asked how I'm getting on. It's like private health care but on the NHS. If ever I have a concern or question (medical) they are always my first point of contact. Nothing is too much for them and the Entire team seem to go out of their way to be helpful. I really don't have enough words of gratitude for the team. They are always there when I need them, and nothing is ever a problem. Thank you so much for your continued outstanding support.
