I just love this store. The staff are so friendly always have time to speak to you always helpfully in anything you wish to buy. They ask about what and why you are buying, ask about your family. Most friendliest shop I have shopped in. I have been buying nomination braclets for all my grandchildren for birthdays and Christmas. They always ask which ones the charms are for and often recommend some for me

Ordered a charm in 2 weeks ago and it was there within 2-3 days! They kept a hold of it for me until I could get it today and I was served by Stephanie (name on receipt) and she was lovely. Brilliant manner, chatting with me, asking if I?d like a gift receipt for the person I got it for and a gift bag for £1 which is amazing. I felt very comfortable coming in and chatting with her, nice atmosphere in the shop, I?d definitely come back here for any more of my jewellery needs!
