“I recently visited the Dunelm store in Grantham to collect two duvets I had ordered online through the click and collect service, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. The ordering process on the Dunelm website was straightforward, with clear product descriptions and stock availability shown, which gave me confidence that my items would be ready on time. I received a confirmation email and a follow-up notification once the duvets were available for collection, which was reassuring.

When I arrived at the store, the click and collect desk was easy to find, and there were clear signs pointing me in the right direction. The staff were welcoming, polite, and efficient, checking my order details quickly and retrieving the duvets without delay. I only had to wait a couple of minutes, which made the trip very convenient. The duvets were well packaged and in perfect condition, exactly as described online.

The store itself was well laid out and felt spacious, with a good range of products on display. Although I only went in to collect my order, I had a quick browse and was impressed with the variety of homeware available. Overall, the whole experience was simple, efficient, and stress-free—exactly what I wanted from a click and collect service.”

“I don't visit DIY shops on a regular basis but onnthis occasion i was looking for something that was out of stock. I did make a purchase but the one thing that irritates me the most is being forced to use self service tills. I won't be going back, i will shop online. And, if you haven't already done so, checkout there app. There are loads of stuff on therebthat they don't have instore.”

“My wife ordered six fencing panels from our local Wickes Store in Grantham. She arranged delivery and this was handled by their contractor, City Sprint.
We were advised, on the due date, that they would arrive before 7pm.
The van turned up just before seven with the last delivery of the day. Kimbert (NG67) the driver, who had already had a long day and was facing a fair journey home to Mansfield, immediately offered to help us get them to the part of our property where we needed to store them. A journey of twists and turns and ducking under tree branches!
My wife and I are pensioners and this act of kindness was very much appreciated by us.
