Booked my vehicle in for a cam belt replacement (wet belt) after ringing and being given a fixed price quote.
Dropped my vehicle off just after 8am and collected the courtesy car as I had been told it would take 2 days to complete the cam belt change.
I was contacted at lunchtime the following day to be told the work had been completed but the healthcheck had shown a couple of minor issues. I was asked if I would like them completed and given a quote for the additional work.
Agreed for the additional work to be completed and then received a call just after 2.30 to be told all work had been done and my vehicle was ready for collection.
Dropped off the courtesy vehicle and collected my own, the only painful part was paying the bill for the work completed.
A seamless and easy process from start to finish, well done to all involved.

I bought a Ford from another dealer and encountered problems. Evans Halshaw service dept were incredibly helpful in getting the matter satisfactorily resolved with the other (major) dealer. I was very impressed and I will ask them to deal with any future repairs or servicing

Purchased a vehicle from MAX today.
