Askar sorted my query about upgrading, he was professional, helpful, and it felt like he couldn?t do enough for me.He also gave me options of which phone to choose from including data, text and call packages etc..Thank you!

I'm giving one star only ! I went there today trying to get help as my new samsung flip doesn't work properly. This guy was not friendly at all. He tried to blame screen protector for phone getting too hot.He tried to argue that the original samsung screen protector I have ,is not a screen protector ! He even was trying to pill it off without my consent ?. I had to shout "don't take it off "Oh my goodness, how do you sell the phones!!! Get educated and improve your knowledge as you should not take it off from flip4 and flip5. Getting help from 150. Avoid Grantham EE at all cost.

I've been with EE for over a decade, I went to the store to ask about the upgraded I'm due in a few weeks.The member of staff (Georgia) was initially polite and helpful, even though she was constantly trying to "push" the Oppo Find X5 Lite,After explaining I received technology for regional press for a decade, and I was only interested in the X5 Pro, S22+, or Sony 1 iv, She then went on to give comparison s between the X5 Pro and the Lite, stating the Lite camera was better because it's 6b compared to the Pro's 50mb,I then explained that the 2.2x larger sensor and optical image stabilization and extra telephoto lens, make the Pro a far, far better camera.After explaining I didn't want to increase my (£49p/m) contract and don't need more than 4gb data, , she then tried to sell me a Pixel 6, for £56 a month, with 40gb data.Again, I politely declined, explaining I'm quite happy to wait the few weeks till my upgrade makes prices far cheaper, and she then became quite rude and obnoxious,Bottom line is, I walked over to Three, got a far friendlier response and will likely be moving to them in the near future.EE seems to be good for one thing at the moment, Terrible customer service.
