I?ve been kept waiting so long , no staff available even to take your money ! Trying to return a product that?s under warranty- staff member on refunds working really hard , but needs help and support.

Bought a wet and dry vac on click and collect. Went in and a lady (I believe her name was Marjorie?) was so brilliant and happy. Had a good laugh with her and she was still focused and explained the cover I had and everything. Fantastic personality, great service?

After experiencing some inconsiderate staff in the Nottingham Riverside branch, I can?t commend the staff at the Grantham branch enough for their quality of customer service and patience towards them.

It's a currys. They needed more staff though as we were trying to find someone to help for at least 10 mins before we gave up and just helped ourselves.

Went in yesterday with my daughter to find an ipad case. 5 or 6 staff members stood at the back of the store near the tellys? one young lad playing around near the laptops. At no point in the 10-15 mins we was in there did ANY member of staff ask if we needed help. So to senior managers of currys?.. if they even bother reading these reviews which I find unlikely as the same ignorant staff are still working there?. You need to sort out your customer service?. And doesnt take 3 members to sort out 1 customer. And if you dont want to attract shop lifters I suggest you have someone at least watching the tills, coz not 1 of your staff were

Despite the range of products, stock was short and it's not a place you can drop by and grab want you want. We did leave with a washing machine, but the 4th choice. Staff were chatting to each other, but when we did get help, we received a good service.

Dropped into the Grantham branch, today, to sort out a major problem with a Galaxy A8. Sorted, after a while, by a very competent member of staff. Took quite some time but he stuck with it, a problem he'd not come across before, and won through ??????

Just been in to get coffee machine no one upstairs ask for someone 8 people downstairs no one came up.lost a sale .I could have been mistery shopper the manager laughed when left shop when I said lost money I could have been spending a couple of thousands but they won't know now

As previous reviewer, the same happened to us. First time buying a laptop and got sold one that did not have enough memory. Went to change it to a more expensive one but they would not as packaging open!! We were humiliated by the manager, and yes they were rude. We will never purchase from there again. The customer service on the phone is no help either.
