Air conditioning working a bit too well friend and I visited yesterday afternoon nice drinks, girls friendly, but floor needed sweeping lots of food on floor & tables needed wiping also some chairs with food on, bit off-putting with cleanliness issue

First time ordering from this location and it does not compare well to other Costa?s I frequently order from. Note: I have left 5 star for atmosphere as I wasn?t in the establishment due to it being an uber order, so felt it unfair to mark it down.
The large I ordered was just over half full, the brown sugar I ordered was not provided, the regular that was ordered was also under three quarters full. The flavour of the Spanish latte was barely recognisable, as if they didn?t put enough syrup into it. The Chai latte was good, it just needed that brown sugar.
I won?t be ordering from here again.

Ordered a latte with soya milk for my partner who is lactose intolerant, after receiving the drink and drinking it turns out it was normal milk instead, now she is not well and taken ill

The coffee and cookies were very good, but the service was terrible. Even though I said we'd eat and drink on site, we received everything in paper cups and bags. They also forgot to make the coffee and were angry with me for not saying anything, but the bill showed three coffees. This is the second time I've been treated this way by the same girls. It's sad.

We always have a great service... but today Larnie and Oliwia were ? profissional and friendly. The service was fast despite being so busy. Definitely we will come back.

Cutlery needs a good clean. It is a problem throughout the Costa brand, very disappointing. Cappuccino nice, decaf latte asked for extra hot, warm at most. Please retrain staff ?

Decent place, clean and comfortable. But it is very cold inside due to the air conditioning. The girls at the cash register are very slow and can barely move. We waited 20 minutes for coffee. The toilet is dirty.
