“I went with my daughter to the Grantham store today. My daughter needed to exchange a top. We were approached by a assistant who went to great lengths to assist us. I only wish that I got the individuals name. She was so helpful and very kind. I've looked on my receipt to see if her name appeared on that. We attended the store at 18.55pm it was till 5. I would just like to send our thanks to the lady whom we felt went far and beyond to assist us.”

“So impressed with this year's Christmas Decorations by all at Boundary Mill that worked hard to trim up the store. It looks amazing and very impressed with the wheelchair service and extra support. Friendly and helpful staff. Merry Christmas & Thank you.”

“A better shopping experience now the middle aged assistant isn't there she was rude and not customer focused , but in all a great little shop based in Belton garden centre lots to offer and good quality clothing too . It's aimed more for a mature audience and think there's room to sell younger men's and women's clothing but must be of the same quality . People don't mind paying more for good quality that lasts .”
“Popped in yesterday and the lady on the check out was a breath of fresh air. In every store I've been in Sports Direct staff always look miserable and anything you ask them seems like a hassle. Not in Grantham, I have never met such a friendly helpful lady on the checkout.”
