My husband and I went into Carphone Warehouse in Grantham to inquire about my phone contract. Our inquiry was dealt with by a very nice, helpful lady who's name was Marg. I am a complete novice when it comes to my mobile and she had all the patience and cheerfulness anyone could wish for, nothing was too much trouble for her.
