I was received promptly, called for initial tests promptly, called for full eye test promptly. The eye test was then conducted very professionally and efficiently. I felt I was being dealt with with care and consideration.

This morning I had an Ultimate Eye Test and consultation with the Optician.
Jayne A did the testing with the scan etc and she was lovely, extremely professional with good explanation of what was happening. Next I saw the Optician Habibah, what a lovely lady, she was kind, cheerful and explained everything to me in great detail. She had a lovely sense of humour and was so caring too - I would love to see Habibah at all of my appointments - my best experience with an Optician by far- thank you so much.
I then saw Jane B who helped me chose my glasses. Another lovely lady who was very thorough- explained all the options available and had a lovely manner with a great sense of humour.
Ladies - you were brilliant in every way and I look forward to seeing you again.

Been with Boots opticians Grantham for 20 years and have yet to be disappointed with the service. Our recent visit was no different. Excellent optician and the ladies Jayne A. etal were most helpful with measuring up and sorting out the order. At no point were we hurried with our choices and our order was handled with care.

My mother is 83 and not very mobile. The staff at Boots Opticians (Grantham) were extremely patient with her. Nothing was any bother. The optician who tested her was great. Very patient and kind. It remains to be seen if her glasses are correct as she does not have them yet.
