I came in today to search for a perfume I was send as a sample. I was helped by a lady called Alex who searched through the perfumes with me. I had such a great service that I decided I would buy the perfume from boots instead of John Lewis who sent the original sample. Such a friendly and welcoming person made me feel so comfortable. Will definitely visit the store again! Thank you Alex

At first I couldn't find what I was looking for, so I asked someone who worked instore and they quickly showed me. Then paying for my product, I was asked if I had a Boots card I said that I did but not sure I have it on me. The lady then pointed to where it was and if it wasn't for this I would have made my purchase as usual without saving 10% off the price. So I would say Grantham Boots has very helpful staff making things easier and also this time cheaper ?
