I don't visit DIY shops on a regular basis but onnthis occasion i was looking for something that was out of stock. I did make a purchase but the one thing that irritates me the most is being forced to use self service tills. I won't be going back, i will shop online. And, if you haven't already done so, checkout there app. There are loads of stuff on therebthat they don't have instore.

Easy and convenient. VERY high priced in some items however.
Eg; strip wood in pine £14.00 odd. The SAME price as the OAK!
