They don?t know how to follow their own procedures. They will say wait over there then proceed to make you wait 40 minutes for a prescription the will take ?10 minutes? then tell you oh your standing in the wrong place to collect prescriptions.

Went in to the pharmacy today and I don't mind waiting I understand it can be busy. But I do not expect to be spoken to in such a rude manner. Either thats the way she speaks to everyone or she was having a bad day. I spoke to her politely I expect the same back

Every time I go, whatever time of day or night, it's impossibly busy, yet the speed at which all the staff work to is phenomenal. The time waiting is quick considering the pressure they are all under. I'd like to give a huge thank you to those who work here, you are appreciated.

Doctors prescribed antibiotics for my 9 year old daughter suffering from tonsillitis ao enlarged and painful tonsils and difficulty swallowing. Didn't have the solution form and tried to send me off with tablets the size of paracetamol and chalky texture instead, to be taken 4 times a day for 10 days. I explained I wouldn't be able to take these as my 9 year old would struggle and at most choke. Lady behind desk spoke to me disgustingly saying that's what was prescribed which clearly it wasn't as she then proceeded to say it was because they didn't have the oral solution available. So instead of apologising she spoke to me terribly and gave me my prescription slip back and I said so I get from somewhere else then? Awful awful awful customer service and treatment. No need for it.

This particular Asda pharmacy is the busiest of its size in the whole of Lincolnshire. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. In the many years I have used this pharmacy, I have seen some shocking examples of customers abusing the staff, using foul language and causing younger members of staff to be in tears. This is completely unacceptable. Customers need to remember that staff are doing their best under difficult circumstances, and cannot be held responsible for things like your GP failing to send a prescription or certain medications being out of stock. You tend to receive what you give out in this life, so if customers want good service, then it would help if they treated staff politely and made an effort to use patience. I would like to extend my gratitude to the staff at Asda pharmacy for all their excellent service over the years. It really is hugely valued.

Very rude , incompetent lady served me. I saw her rude to other customers also, visibly raising her eyebrows and muttering as a poor man who didn't speak good English was trying to communicate. Incredibly unhelpful to a quietly spoke lady standing next to me in the queue who was telling me about her experience there. Unhelpful and rude to myself . I had to ring the doctors surgery in the end who was surprised by what they had said to me and asked me to tell them to ring them as the prescription had been sent. But tno excuse at all for the terrible, rude attitude dished out to all it seems.

Phone number doesn't work, if you select the customer option it tells you to go to the website to find the correct number, you call it and it sends you round in circles. The staff are generally clueless on the few times I've been in, maybe I've just been in when they've been having a bad day.. either way, I will be switching to Boots who are far more professional and give person centered advice.

Would have gave 0 stars if possible. Shocking customer service from server and pharmacist alike. Was asked to return in 15 minutes. Ruturned after 15 to be asked to stand to the side, was then accosted by a member of the public for standing loitering around. Whitnessed another customer who was quite clearly in discomfort asked to return in 10 mins because they had missed one of her prescriptions, was clear to see she was struggling standing I asked pharmacist to provide a chair and noted I had been waiting for 40 minutes. Pharmacist was quite rude and said I hadn't been waiting that long. Checked receipt and had been waiting for 38 mins. Soon sorted it out when I asked for money back to go to a diffrent pharmacist. Would suggest using other pharmacy's if possible.
