Had to give 1 because I can't give 0 I've ordered a delivery for today between 3 /4 o'clock it didn't arrive now I paid for express delivery. So I ring I'm told the order has been packed were just waiting for the driver . Fast forward it's now gone 10pm I can't get through to anyone so no communication from Asda what's happening, are you going to refund me cos I am not happy and the fact that I can't ring you direct is ridiculous 0 stars I guess you won't even read this and if you do you won't reply .

Had a great time viewing the store , but i forgot my phone in the bathroom . was it handed it back in .A gray silver phone with two reciepts in the holder. the phone was very important to me.

Overcharged 50p on a cheesecake - good job I checked the receipt. When I brought this up the money was refunded. Took me an extra 10 mins to sort out. No it even a ?sorry?. Sainsbury?s give you double the difference back if they make an error. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS.

it's not even 9pm and they have closed the kiosk... customer service... which is all the times I made the mistake of shopping here I have never known... even after ten pm at other Asda stores you can purchase tobacco. although it's closer to me I know truly understand why I don't shop at this Asda. and my review is not just based on today's experience

I?ve been a regular ASDA customer for years, but I?m increasingly concerned about the recent rollout of facial recognition cameras in stores. While I understand the need for security, using biometric surveillance without clear, transparent consent feels invasive.
Facial recognition data is extremely sensitive and, unlike a password, it can't be changed if leaked ? something that has already happened in past breaches at other companies. ASDA should prioritize customer privacy and clearly explain what?s being collected, why, and how it's protected. Until then, I?ll be reconsidering where I shop.

Really super busy, the car park is very hard to get in to and navigate around. Staff is ok. Lots of empty places where product should be.

Asda Grantham! You were a real treat to explore around. Lots of potatoes, not a lot of broccoli :-( Fair amount of protein products we had not seen before, including protein yoghurt! Always a fair few boxes dotted around the floor of an Asda supermarket so that was no surprise? Sadly lots of empty boxes on the shelf that made the shop look untidy! I was extremely happy with the 4 pack of yorkshire puddings in the reduction section! A nice bakery as well :-)

Usually have no issues here, although on this occasion not so much. I asked a worker that all the tills were closed, since I only had one item. Nope, Mike was very condescending towards me his tone talking to me wasn?t at all what I expected. I assume this is what he is like with all customers, I would suggest he needs some training on how to talk to people in a polite manner.
The law is the law I suppose but seems rather silly that I wasn?t able to purchase a single item.
