Not a good banking system as there only 2 staff an 3 atm machine outside an 2 inside plus 2 paying in bank machine really gone down hill but it's the only bank in Gainsborough left now so what choice do we have all big banks gone you have to to Lincoln now which is 35 miles away bus ride 1 half hrs train ride 1hr not many of us can afford to do this especially if you don't have a car .

Wasted my 3 weeks for mortgage approval and finally said it won't be approved... Should have checked everything before and then proceeded.. not happy and upset because they ruined whole plan now I have to start from scratch...

Changed opening hours so anyone working 9-5 can?t get in. Always understaffed, staff that are about are unwilling to help and tell you to come back. They lack patience and the right resources to help anyone always palming them off to other branches. This used to be the best bank in town and now its just awful

Went into this so called bank to exchange 2 £10 notes for pound coins was told they would.nt do it as i did not bank with them..Will never walk in that place again..rude staff and very very unhelpfull.Zero stars from me..

A nice quiet little bank, which is nice means no waiting for long. The staff seemed to be helpful and friendly. Haven't really got anything bad to say about it

Bank has gone down hill I think this is a deliberate downgrade of services so people get fed up and stop using it then they can justify closing it! Your now expected to carry out all your transactions via the hole in the wall so in theory your aswel off internet banking, not everyone has access to who wants to use this method though and still prefer the personal service only a human can deliver!! Why is the bank closed on a Saturday? For people that work during the week and are unable to get to the bank what options are they left with? Having been a customer for years I feel let down as I'm sure do many others we all deserve better, was ok when we were bailing out the bank's!!! Simply not good enough TSB.

Go in to change money for my business at 9.20am to be told I can't get any change for 15-20mins as the colleague dealing with it is in a meeting with another customer, absolute joke, would take the woman on the front door less than 2 minutes to sort it but no, to much to ask, getting as bad as lincoln, no customer service skills, even asked me to go withdraw it out the wall, even though I had the money in my hand to change, we are business customers and have to pay to do our banking not like a residential customer and this is how you get treated for paying their wages, the only person who seems helpful and speedy here is Ben
