Used to be great but now they shut on a Saturday. Not particularly helpful for people with 9-5 jobs who don’t work in Gainsborough

Not a good banking system as there only 2 staff an 3 atm machine outside an 2 inside plus 2 paying in bank machine really gone down hill but it's the only bank in Gainsborough left now so what choice do we have all big banks gone you have to to Lincoln now which is 35 miles away bus ride 1 half hrs train ride 1hr not many... read full comment

Wasted my 3 weeks for mortgage approval and finally said it won't be approved... Should have checked everything before and then proceeded.. not happy and upset because they ruined whole plan now I have to start from scratch...
