Absolutely shocking, took hour and half to deliver food. Then the order we paid for wasn?t correct then waited another half hour to be told there driver refused to deliver the rest of the order. I will never eat from this fish shop again

Hi, called in on tues 29th April, we haven't been in before and we were surprisingly taken back by how big it is inside, very clean very tidy, we had fish and chips and a battered sausage and chips with curry sauce and mushy peas (separate), it was all done whilst waiting but we were not waiting long, staff were friendly. we collected our food and left, when we got home it was still piping hot, but yes 100% was amazing, will definitely return. It was also very reasonably priced.

They also have a very tidy and clean restaurant bit in which is available to stay in and eat.

We fancied chippy last week so looked on Big foodie app and saw Trinity fish bar was open, we ordered our food then realised the time! The app said they closed at 22:30 and it was 22:38 so we weren?t hopeful that we were getting it as the app could have been live by mistake. The phone rang and we looked at each other like this is the call we were dreading but no the lady on the phone just rang to make sure we were a real order, I don?t blame her, we?d never ordered before and we were paying cash. The food turned up about £40 minutes later, all hot and all very fresh (we were impressed! We expected the scraps with it being the end of the night) the same lady came and delivered it. She was extremely polite and it wasn?t even mentioned that we?d ordered while closed. We will definitely order again. Was extremely good value for money too.

My 16 year old daughter has twice ordered food for herself and a friend from this place. First time a month ago when she also ordered two drinks which she paid for but didn?t get We live a quarter of a mile away yet it took over an hour to arrive.No apology. Last night she ordered food again before six but when I got home at seven it still had not arrived I phoned and was told it was on its way and he hung up I called again at seven thirty The same man said it was my fault because I kept calling and that we weren?t the only customers. He was extremely rude and dismissive and said to blame Uber eats. Quarter to eight I called again and after a very long wait a different man answered the phone He said it was on its way but he was mistaken. My child paid just under £20 for food that arrived here over two hour later. Ive made an appointment with my solicitor now because this is not acceptable at all.Her dad got home gone eight o?clock and the delivery came just after he got home so he took it without knowing. I am seeing my solicitor and taking this to court

Ordered via uber eats, took 2.5 hours & 2 phone calls for it to actually turn up, & even then was missing my cheesy chips so I literally just had a battered sausage to eat ? hubby reports the fish was pretty poor too. Would definitely not recommend!
