Fantastic from start to finish, booked order online and phones to confirm the order first thing the following morning. Then rang as the wheelbarrow was out of stock so upgraded us to another. Delivery was perfect really friendly and helpful lady delivered it all with ease. Got other stuff in the shop before and again really helpful and friendly. Highly recommend the Gainsborough branch.

Understand we are in difficult times . And deliveries are busy but ordered a bulk bag of stone for delivery on the 15th may and paid for it was told the 21st of may for delivery that?s ok then phoned them asking were my bulk bag was and they told me they were out of stock and told me delivery of stone is coming in on the 2nd of June today . Ok not a problem . I phoned up and asked them on the 2nd of June has it come in.. Yes it has but you cannot have it delivered till the 8th June . Not one call was made to me I had to do all the chasing. Shocking service ???to say the least
