Excellent service and professional workmanship by Nathan. I took my riding boots to inquire about a new eyelet and laces. He discussed all options with me. Was incredibly knowledgeable and gave great advice. Fantastic repair quality, quick and efficient. Boots are as good as new. Nothing was too much trouble. Went the extra mile. I'm very happy. Highly recommend.

I should preface this review by saying I didn?t realise how quick getting a key cut would be. The server, Nathan, was smart, polite and knowledgable. Gave me a couple of prices for the key I wanted cutting. I am not exaggerating when I say it was literally seconds. I knew it was a work-while-you-wait kind of procedure, but I was out as soon as I got in! Great service, would recommend, especially if you are in a hurry!!

Visited Timpsons at Marshall?s Yard, Gainsborough twice in a week. Served by the same young man. Tuesday morning 30th May & Saturday 3rd June, didn?t get his name but he was really helpful. Polite, knew his job & went above & beyond to give outstanding customer service. He rescued a pair of boots I?d carried on wearing when they needed heeling & sorted my husbands watch band twice when I?d miscalculated how many links to take out. And all with a smile!Brilliant & sadly not common enough elsewhere.Thankyou.

We were looking for some special batteries for our smoke alarm. Although the shop didn't have them in stock, the guy there was so incredibly helpful, even checking on his phone to see if the batteries were stocked in other shops. Some day, all shopkeepers will be made this way. I will deffo come here again.

I have used a few Timpsons and they have always been very helpful and nice. However, the one in Gainsborough is amazing the guy that runs it is so nice, he is helpful, going the extra mile to sort any problems. Also his customer service skills are second to none.
