Last minute need for a gift of flowers as a thank you to a friend and due to at home commitments we were unable to get out to buy in person. By 0930 we were online choosing a beautiful flower bouquet which we hoped would arrive as expected in the time selected which was later the same day. By 1145 the chosen selection was carefully delivered and securely placed by our backdoor with a note through the letter box advising us of delivery. Thank you - you more than met our expectations and your card is safely filed away for future reference!

My son brought me some flowers in January £46.99 , £6.99 for delivery up the road, when I received them they where disgusting if that?s what you call fresh in that morning, not even what he ordered, so driver picked them back up and took them back to the shop 13/03/25 and still waiting for his money to be paid back into his account like the manager of the shop said when she rang him to discuss this issue.
Be very careful what you order as you don?t always get what your order.
My friend ordered her flowers from them for her brothers funeral and they didn?t even send them and it took her all her time to get her money back.

I'm not one to leave reviews or complain but sadly I feel I need to on this occasion regarding a bouquet of flowers that my son bought me for my 70th Birthday on December 23rd 2024.
From looking on your website, I believe he must have paid somewhere between £60 - £70 (possibly more) and to say I'm really disappointed with them is an understatement!
They were a large hand tied bouquet in a gift box and when he gave me them you could tell that there was very little water in the bag, I opened the box and could see that many of the flowers stalks were NOT even in the water, the flowers didn't look fresh at all!
A large amount of the bouquet was 'greenery' and even that looked sad!
I'm sorry, I don't normally complain but just had to on this occasion, my son spent good money on these flowers and I've had bouquets from Asda which have lasted longer!

Shocking service... lovely flowers... ordered from interflora for 1st wedding anniversary 2 days In advance, only to get a phonecall on day of delivery at 11:30am saying they will not be delivered because they have no delivery driver! So wedding anniversary gift kind ruined. Arranged for delivery next day.. you would have thought because of their mess up, they would deliver first thing in the morning...but no 5pm the flowers arrived!!! So basically, it's 2 days late! Like I say, lovely flowers just shocking shocking service.

What we ordered verses what was delivered doesn?t remotely represent the listing on the website, photo or colour palette described. Really disappointed with the service, I paid £12 to have them delivered in the morning and they weren?t delivered until 2pm. When I called to complain that what we ordered wasn?t what was delivered, I was told they would pick up the flowers, but as they were given as a gift I told them no as this felt was in poor taste. Beware of the note right at the bottom of the website that expresses that any flowers they have in stock can be used. On a mobile you need to scroll right down to the bottom of the webpage to see this. This alteration was done without a courtesy call to me to warn me that this would be the case. The resolution offered: we?ll update the website listing. Would not recommend for flower delivery.

I just want to share that I cannot believe how long my flowers have lasted, nearly two weeks now and they still look and smell amazing, my candle/ chocolates were gorgeous too! Will be coming back for my little treats regularly! ?????

Had my wedding flowers done by The Florist by Blush. The flowers for the tables and boutonnieres were gorgeous. The reason for the 4 stars is a bouquet for the mother of the bride was requested to have no lilies due to an allergy. The bouquet arrived wedding morning with mainly lilies in it and it couldn't be used so a waste of £60 and no flowers for the mother of the bride.
