Never answer the phone !!!! staff are always stood around talking to each other ,when I visit the store if I then require help they vanish ,when found the Staff don't want to help if you need help and is always slow service at the till....

Staff at the till was not helpful. He wasn?t polite. I waited over 20mins for the customer to finish using the changing room, while I was changing till staff came to knock on my door at the changing room, I hurried out tried cloths on in 5mins. I came out to pay at the till and no one entered the changing, after couple of mins I asked the till staff why he knocked when no one was ready to change and the customer next to me kept apologising more than 5times. But the staff was unapologetic and wouldn?t even speak to me till I paid and left. He was very rude.his got no customer service experience.

Went there today staff where very helpful and patient I tried on so many different size walking boots but the young lad who was looking after me just keep smiling. I have also returned faulty items and have never had a problem getting it sorted. Keep up the good work I will keep coming back .Good prices too

Total garbage ,over priced bad quality and the staff are terrible and very rude they follow you around and stare and when you say something they get offended the products are worse than seconds.primark and poundland are better quality than this so called poor excuse of a shop

I don't tend to go in here very often, but on the occasions I do, it's generally pretty quiet, there's usually plenty of staff around who are friendly and helpful, and there's a decent range of clothing available. I feel like their ranges of other sporting equipment has reduced a lot in store in recent years, but there is a website to order from too.
