Never answer the phone !!!! staff are always stood around talking to each other ,when I visit the store if I then require help they vanish ,when found the Staff don't want to help if you need help and is always slow service at the till....

Staff at the till was not helpful. He wasn’t polite. I waited over 20mins for the customer to finish using the changing room, while I was changing till staff came to knock on my door at the changing room, I hurried out tried cloths on in 5mins.
