Having dealt with property for over 10 years buying, selling and renting across the country, this agent would go down as one of the worst I've dealt with. Very poor communication and no urgency ever to progress a sale. Would not recommend

I was at the branch in gainsborough. I wanted to ask the lady about renting a house. She didn't even care what kind of house I was looking for, she didn't even look up from her desk. Customer service at an embarrassing level. I will not return to you again and advise all my friends.

Absolutely terrible after sales customer service, had to keep chasing the estate agent & was told off by them for doing so (we are paying them for a service after all) Didn?t hear from them for a month prior to exchanging contracts, not even a phone call to arrange handover of the keys to our buyers, easiest £1600 they made for a service we didn?t get ??

Put an offer in on a property just 8k under asking price. After 3 days I heard nothing. 3 phonecalls later they promised to call back and nothing !!! Terrible service how are they even trading ??

Absolutely terrible estate agents! Customer service is the worst of any estate agent I?ve ever experienced. If you want messing about and pulling out after you?ve already paid a deposit and set a moving date then use Martin and Co!

I called this grubby little office every day for a week, (Monday the 1st of August through to Friday the 5th of August), to try to arrange a viewing of a house to be told every time that the vendor would only provide them with a land line telephone number that had no answering service and there was never any reply to their calls, also that they would not give them either their mobile number or email address, and, that they were ?inflexible? with the price of the house and that was the reason it had been on the market since the 5th of March 2022. I suggested to them that perhaps one of them should call the vendor in the evening or even write them a letter, this was met with silence. On the afternoon of Friday the 5th of August the agents changed the details on Rightmove to ?sold subject to contract?, I am therefore of the belief that the agents are acting, at best, in an under handed way and have lied to me and by omission to the vendor, I spoke to the vendor and was told that there had NEVER been a difficulty with the estate agents getting in touch with her! We did not think the cottage was overpriced and would certainly have offered the full asking price after a viewing, as we have carried out as much research on line about it and the hamlet of Pilham as possible. We have sold our house, we are cash buyers and did not even need to wait to have a survey of the property carried out. If everything I suspect is true this appalling little company should be avoided at all cost if you are considering selling your house.

Although things were a little slow at first - understandable, given that I moved in during lockdown - the team have been brilliant throughout my let! Always courteous and quick to respond; I would not hesitate to recommend their services or to use them again myself

Reported a leak on my toilet at 7pm last night, nothing major and contained. By 10pm had been contacted to be advised will arrange appointment to get it fixed. Within minutes, had a text from plumber to come 10am in the morning. Absolutely amazing service, especially as was out of hours and not urgent. I very much doubt I would of been able to get someone that quick myself.
