New to the Area phoned Kwik fit Gainsborough and asked for a puncture repair on my offside rear. Told to bring the car straight down and within 60 Mins of my phone call my puncture was repaired my keys handed back . Excellent service by the team

Took my car in for an oil service, was quoted then when I got there I was greeted by who said they were centre manager - utter twat! My car was supposed to be booked in for 8:30 when I got there was then told it was 10:30. Big difference there. Then got my keys and told me I need full service and quoted me 3x the amount of a full service at a main dealer.
Rude, arrogant person. Not impressed.

Got MOT done quickly, despite the place being overrun with customers cars when I arrived. Failed MOT and the young man got me in quickly to have the work done. Hadn?t used kiwi fit for a long time due to shoddy mechanics. But recently used a few times and the team are efficient. Credit to the company

Booked online on Tues 1st mot on Wed 2nd. Friendly and efficient staff. I considered scoring them 4star because of the problem with parking, took car in during my dinner break but no room to leave it so had to loose an hours pay to return at booked time. This would have been a harsh deduction as i was very pleased with everything else so 4.5star it is
