Hired a turf cutter and from initial calls speaking to Andy to dealing in store with Jordan can not fault. Couldn't get the machine to work so called and Jordan came straight to us and found the problem was needed new spark plug. He went to get one replaced it, problem solved. Fantastic customer service all round. We'll be back.

I'm leaving positive feedback in regards to the excellent customer focused service I received today from Jordan at the Gainsborough branch of Jewsons. Felt welcomed and like I matter while under the care of Jordan, I wasn?t sure exactly what I needed for my project and he took his time to help me pick the best materials for the job and even gave me great prices for what I needed, I?ll definitely be returning knowing he?ll look after me!
