Great service and expertise. Horsleys supplied and fitted carpets for two bedrooms two flights of stairs and landings. From Karl in the shop, honestly talking us through prices and carpet choices, to Mark and Steve who spent a long hard day fitting them - Horselys are fantastic. It's such a treasure to have a local firm who really care about customers, know their stuff, price competitively and deliver on time with no hidden extras and no complications. Very highly recommended.

After long hours searching, we found a sofa that we liked and met the dimensions we wanted in Horsleys of Gainsborough Shop staff allowed me to take the pattern book home to help my wife choose (she was ill at the time). That done, I returned and to the shop and placed our order. Was given a 6 weeks delivery, and it was delivered bang on time. Horsleys are to be highly recommended with helpful staff.

I visited the store to enquire about a lounge suite and a new carpet recently. Staff very obliging and knowledgeable on all counts. I asked about an easy chair to match the sofas and the firm did not manufacture these, however the salesman rang up and obtained a price for a bespoke one for me.
The carpet fitter came to measure and was professional and able to advise me etc.
Both orders were coordinated for the same day delivery which entailed the company storing the suite till we had the carpet fitted.
Both carried out at the agreed times, all waste materials removed foc, great service all round.
Will certainly recommend to anyone, thank you all.

I would like to thank all the team at Horsley for being polite and helpful especially Carl for helping me choose and the fitting for today. Brilliant carpet to hall stairs and landing also bedroom and very good price for standerd of carpet. Great service from a local firm that cares about its customers. I had some new carpet put down and bought a new bed off them. Nothing was too much trouble, delivery was when they said too. The carpet fitter did an excellent job and was professional and friendly. I will definitely be using this company again.

Fantastic service as always, just had a large carpet fitted they took the old one up and took it away. 2 extremely polite guys. Nothing is too much trouble i would definitely recommend them.
