Why oh why is the bank closed on Saturday?Not only does the bank close at 3pm Monday to Friday,so if at work, one has to arrange time off to visit the branch,but it's also closed on a Saturday. Not at all convenient.

A bank is a bank I don't see how they can really do anything but do their job right, if they have however messed up they wouldn't be getting the five star rating, because Gainsborough Halifax staff all know their onions and talk you through every decision you're about to make and if that is what will suit you best.
