After attempting to collect my prescription I was told I would have to return after 45 mins. This meant I collected them at 6pm. On getting home I found that my most vital medication was missing meaning I had to go the whole weekend without them. These are a controlled medication so I'm unable to use 111 to get any on an emergency prescription. I'm now left with the prospect of major risks after suddenly stopping taking them and possible hospital admission for incompetence.
I get we all make mistakes, but this is not the first time has happened!
I feel sorry for the ladies on the counter who have yo face disgruntled customers!

Called to pick up a perscription was told by pharmacy staff that they closed at 1pm for lunch arrived at 12.53 and sing in window saying closed opens again at 2pm not happy as the perscription was for another person who needed them

What a shambles we encountered this afternoon...went to collect Prescriptions first of all was given just one item ...instead of 7...then was given 3 more...went back to be told it hadn't been sent from the drs...so then had to go to the drs up town..good job we've got a car...at drs was told the prescription had been sent correctly to the pharmacy . Went back to the pharmacy and apparently they had missed it .this surely isn't good enough for oaps or anyone else..there's either a problem with training or incompetence..

Request medication Monday which is signed electronically by the surgery that day yet the prescription is not ready for collection on Friday. This is not good enough, the pharmacy always has at least 5 people waiting for prescriptions to be made up.
