I have used this pharmacy since moving here five years ago. Apart from the occasional hiccup usually the fault of my Doctors surgery I am more than satisfied with the service received. Lewis is a true gentleman, caring, knowledgeable and humerous. The ladies, who are constantly busy still manage to help everyone with a smile. Credit to Lewis and everyone there.

When you have been waiting a week for your prescription then told its going to be another 3 days by a smirking sales assistant it's not good enough moving to a different pharmacy and informed CQC

The worst pharmacy in town for picking up prescriptions I put in 33 weeks ago and still not ready when I go to pick it up this has happened multi time and All you get is excuses that we are busy if you are that busy then you need to do something about it

Service has dropped immensely - understand they have staff problems - but prescriptions are now not ready after a week - missing items when finally collected and today LOST a prescription that was handed in last friday and should have been ready for collection today - you need to sort out your problems

I love this Chemist , the staff are just amazing they will always put them selves out to help me.The Gentleman Pharmacist is wonderful if you have a problem you wish to discuss he will always take time out to discuss things with you. For these reasons I give the Co op Chemist and all staff 5 stars . ????
