Really rude staff, i asked if they have Menu's and get a very flat "yes" back. So I asked where they are, as there's non on our table or any of the four tables near us. She just says "they're on the tables." Right very helpful love. So after finding one I go to sit down and look at it. Menu was a dirty crumpled piece of A4 with food stains all over it. Prices have gone up £4-£5 from what they used to be. Nearly £18 for fish and chips. Yeah no thanks. Don't mind paying that when there's actually a welcoming atmosphere and not rude staff. Can see why there was only two other people in the bar and why the pub next door was absolutely full. We left and went to Alfies around the corner.

Don?t bother going here, staff are miserable can?t even crack a smile no wonder why the place is always empty now days. Wasn?t treated well there, lady behind the bar called my friend a horrible name just because there was a disagreement, and then wonders why things kicked off, Whoever manages the place really needs to re evaluate there staff members. I was visiting here and I would never walk back in the place!

Clean and tidy pub with immaculate toilets. Staff very friendly and helpful and we were able to take our dog inside, which is a much appreciated concession compared to other chain pubs. The prices were reasonable. My only gripe would be that they only had one cask beer and it was a bit warm, so I'm not sure what their cellar temp is like. My wife's lager was great, she said.

Booked a table days before arrival. When I got there they had sat someone else there who refused to move. Absolute mess up from incompetent staff. Had to leave which ruined our plans

Absolutely love the bouncers they are so nice and caring. The bartenders are the exact same. Can't get enough of this place
