I frequently enjoy browsing and buying in Browns. The store is always immaculate and well maintained. Staff friendly, polite and helpful without pouncing on you. My only complaint, hence the 4/5 stars is you, in my opinion, are potentially missing opportunities. The stores doesn't open until 9.30am. Many other stores in Marshalls yard are open at 9 or earlier. I came by straight from the school run. Got my free hours ticket at Roseway and popped into Lidl and B & M. Super drug didn't have the perfume I wanted so I opted for Browns because I knew they'd have it. Unfortunately it was only 9.05am and starting to rain. I didn't want to wait and my free ticket certainly wouldn't. That's lost you a £69 sale Browns as I decided to get back home and catch up with the housework on my 1 day off this week. I'll end up purchasing my perfume in Lincoln this weekend now, as it will be more convenient and prefer that to ordering online.

The lovely ladies, Lou & Lou, in the clothing department upstairs were lovely. Patient and so helpful. As I hate shopping for clothes especially ones for a formal occasion I really expected a lot of anguish, they made it both easy and a pleasurable experience. I can't thank them enough. ?

Very good shop loads of fragrance to choose the workers helped us out a lot Becky and Ellie and zina were very kind and treated us I would definitely recommend this shop

I shopped in the Clarins department about a month ago: Julie was absolutely super, and I am very pleased with my products. Thank you. My Mum also had great service upstairs, leaving with a versatile black top. I had travelled all the way from Spilsby via Lincoln, so my expectations were high in order to warrant coming so far: Browns surpassed these. Well done! I look forward to returning.

I really enjoy shopping in browns the staff are really friendly and helpful, we need somewhere like this in Gainsborough to get more up-market clothes bags and shoes amongst other things, it's great.

Unbelievable savings on Sale items on the Clearance Rale today ! Levi jacket £20 instead of £120 ! Seasalt dress £15 instead of £85. I saved £370 and spent only £150! Fabulous friendly ladies staff too :)

Terrible staff cant park their monstrosity of a car (black saloon) near the workplace and pay for parking like everyone else has to, instead park in residential street with difficulties already for residents to park, but worse is fact this person (young women with dark hair and glasses)is preventing disabled residents being able to park outside their own homes!!! This is not on please tell your staff not to park in tower Street and pay for parking in future otherwise I will personally visit your store and exactly what problems she and her freind keeps causing
