I frequently enjoy browsing and buying in Browns. The store is always immaculate and well maintained. Staff friendly, polite and helpful without pouncing on you. My only complaint, hence the 4/5 stars is you, in my opinion, are potentially missing opportunities. The stores doesn't open until 9.30am. Many other stores in...

The lovely ladies, Lou & Lou, in the clothing department upstairs were lovely. Patient and so helpful. As I hate shopping for clothes especially ones for a formal occasion I really expected a lot of anguish, they made it both easy and a pleasurable experience. I can't thank them enough. ?
