Some of the staff are absolute angels and will go above and beyond for patients. However, locking the barriers over the only accessible entry an hour before closing, isn't great.
Luckily I'm an ambulant wheelchair user, I wonder how many non ambulant people are denied access?
I sometimes need to shop at Boots and seeing as my nearest is Gainsborough (4 miles away) it's extremely disappointing that the few times I've been, 50 percent of those times the Gainsborough branch has been closed.
