I've just been and bought some plants and they young guy was busy talking to another assistant and has charged me for 4 packs so f plants at £8 a pack when I only had 1 pack so I have got to go back tomorrow to get a refund it's so annoying because I live about 15/20 mins away. If he'd been paying attention this probably wouldn't have happened.

Friendly staff. Product range not as extensive as Scunthorpe store. Some products are overpriced compared to the Range. Screwfix, which has same owners, often has same product cheaper.
