I visited just now and the lady on the till was constantly talking with the lady on the next till; no hello or even goodbye- shocking service- I work in retail and I never treat people like this so will not be going back and I mean it this time.

Gainsborough store doesn't have a nuff staff on the tilles as the was one tille open and ten people waiting to be served. It would be nice if two tilles were open

Staff don't stack shelves properly. Products hidden but awful stacking. Items left out of date by 2 days. So having to not only move and rearrange things to get what you need you must check all items dates. And when the issue is take to a member of staff the are half arsed and take the item and not bother to check the rest.Staff on tills are friendly and nice. Just floor staff can't be bothered and the care taken in making sure things are stack correctly is just a very much a lack of
