Nice local pub, good value for money when dining. Good choices on the menu & all freshly cooked. £10.95 for 2 coursed & no skimping on the quality or quantity. There are 2 different menus to choose from most dishes are less than £20. Very quick service & pleasant staff. It's clean & comfortable, definitely a good shout for good food at reasonable price. Would recommend.

Visited The Bull & Dog yesterday for lunch, the pub was quite busy and had a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. There is an extensive menu available at extremely reasonable prices, there is also a choice of a 2 course option. I opted for the steak pie, chips and gravy. The pie was homemade and very generously filled with great flavour, homemade chips too I believe which were also fresh and had a nice crisp crunch to them, plenty of gravy accompanied the meal. The lasagne that was ordered was also of a high quality, taste and portion size. A wonderful village pub, will definitely return when we are in the area again.

We went to the Bull & Dog as a party of 8. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, lovely quaint pub and we will definitely be having a return visit soon.

Amazing village pub that is exactly what I want in a pub. Out of town, friendly staff, has a pool table, beer garden and a great food and drink selection.
The "Bully Burger" is awesome! I presume all fresh ingredients are used.
The 2 course special great value. I have always enjoyed my meal/drink at this pub.

Great little pub, good value food, friendly atmosphere. A good selection of beers and wine and a varied menu including a 2 course special. Definitely somewhere we will be coming back to.
